💳 Get paid by card

Connect your own Stripe account. Clients pay the exact quote total from a text link — the money goes straight to you.

⏱️ Takes about 10 minutes. Have these handy: your ID, SSN or EIN, and your bank routing & account number. Stripe will also ask you to set up a login code on your phone — that's normal.

When a quote's Service Location is set to Mobile, this % is added on top — it covers your drive time, gas, setup, and the convenience of coming to them. Set to 0 if you don't charge for travel. Leave blank for the default 10%.

Sales tax % (leave blank if you don't charge tax)

Added as its own line on quotes, invoices and your booking page. Never on tips. Mark fleet or tax-exempt clients on their client page. Not sure if your state taxes detailing? Ask your accountant.

🚗 Travel fee by distance

On your booking page, clients type their ZIP and the travel charge is worked out for them. No charge inside your free miles. When this is on, it replaces the mobile % above for booking requests. Distance is from your ZIP (set it in the Business tab). Leave the rate empty to turn it off.

Get it: on your phone, Google your business name → tap Ask for reviews (or in Google Business Profile → Get more reviews) → Copy link.

Rebooking Reminders (when a client is due again)

Auto goes by what was done: wash 1 month, interior/exterior 3, full detail 4, coating/polish 6. Counts from each client's last detail. To set a different time for one client, open their page.
